What you earn stays yours

Commission-based platforms take a percentage of every order. Vittles doesn't. You pay a flat fee per venue and guests pay you directly: in cash, by card on pickup or delivery, or online by card through your own payment gateway.

  • 0% per order

    One monthly fee per venue. Ten orders or a thousand, you pay the same.

  • Your own gateway

    Card payments run through your own Stripe or GP webpay account straight to your bank. Vittles never holds your guests’ money.

  • Your till stays yours

    Vittles is not a till. Receipts and tax duties stay with your own register; we bring the order to it.

Curionect switches an add-on on at your request for any plan; in Ultra it is included.

  • Prices are per venue per month. We are not registered for VAT, so nothing is added on top: what you see is what you pay.
  • Payment is by bank transfer. The document arrives by e-mail. Vittles issues no documents, so do not look for it in the app.
  • If a subscription goes unpaid, the owner sees a warning first. An order already under way is never interrupted.
  • No lock-in: you pay for the period the venue actually uses.
  • If we become registered for VAT, the tax is added to the price at the statutory rate. We will tell you as soon as we know.

vittles, an ordering system for hospitality. It does not fulfil the requirements of Section 5(3) and 5(4) of Act No. 384/2025 Coll. (communication with the eKasa system, a fiscal receipt with an identifier and a QR code, a protected data store), and therefore it is not a cash-register program under Section 2(i).

What owners ask us

Does Vittles take a cut of my orders?

No. You pay a flat monthly fee per venue, depending on the plan. We take nothing from your orders, and the money never passes through us.

Where does the money from online card payments go?

To your account. Card payments run through your own payment gateway (Stripe or GP webpay). The gateway charges its own processing fees, Vittles charges none.

Is Vittles a till or POS?

No, it is an ordering system. Receipts and tax duties stay with your own register, and Vittles brings the order to it.

Do I need my own website?

No. Every venue gets a hosted menu with ordering and QR codes for the tables. If you do have a website, you can add the ordering widget to it.

Widget guide

Can Vitty change anything without me?

No. Vitty only proposes changes, and a person saves them with their PIN. Staff get access only for the purposes you assign.

Do guests need to install anything?

No. They order in their phone’s browser. Order status notifications work without an app; on an iPhone, after adding the page to the home screen.

Is there a contract term?

No. The first 30 days are a free trial, then you pay monthly for the time the venue actually uses.

Which languages does it support?

The guest menu and the staff screens run in English or Slovak.
